**Please note - we don't take credit cards** Individual bookings for Hostel: Just give us a call! We also take online bookings via Hostelworld (use button below). Please note that you will be allocated a bed in a mixed dorm with 4 - 12 beds. If you'd rather be in a single sex dorm, or you want to book out a whole room, let us know. We'd also recommend you read the hostel info and rules before you book. (Please do read the Terms and Conditions properly when online booking through hostelworld; the deposit is not refundable if you make a mistake - and it doesn't come to us so we won't refund it either!)
Groups: Please contact us for further details on availability of dates for accommodation, to book a package, or to discuss your requirements. You can email to sales@vividevents.co.uk or give us a call on 017687 75351. Or drop in if you're in town - we're quite happy for group leaders to come and have a look round before booking. Administration information for Group Bookings: Accommodation - only bookings of up to 20 people: Non - refundable deposit of 25% required to secure booking. Balance due on arrival. You may reduce numbers up to 14 days before arrival; after that you (the named person who books) will be liable to pay for all beds booked. All other group bookings: Non - refundable deposit of 25% required to secure booking. Balance due 28 days prior to arrival. You may reduce numbers up to 28 days before arrival; after that you (the named person who books) will be liable to pay for all beds/food/activities/sundries booked. You will be required to sign a Contract with our standard Terms and Conditions (please email if you require a copy of these before booking), which will be sent out once your deposit is received. Activity bookings please note: Under - 18s MUST submit a Parental Consent and Medical Info form, signed by a parent or legal guardian, or they will not be allowed to participate in activities (except where parent/guardian will be present and participating). Adults must inform instructors on the day of any injury or medical condition which may affect them during the activity. Failure to disclose relevant information will invalidate any claim against us. We strongly recommend you inform us of any serious condition in advance. We can work around most things - but only if we know about them! |
