Self catering groups: we have a commercial kitchen, with commercial kit and provide all crockery, cutlery, utensils and cleaning equipment. We are happy to accept deliveries from Tesco, other supermarkets, Pioneer, Caterite and Booker up to 24 hours before you arrive, provided you've checked with us first. Unfortunately we can't take deliveries on pallets for army foodservice or similar. We provide breakfast most weekends and packed lunches or evening meals for groups by arrangement. We have always believed in providing home cooked, tasty, filling meals suitable for refuelling after a hard day on the hills. Vegetarian options are available and we can cope with most dietary requirements if given enough notice. Here's the type of thing we'd normally provide for a school group on a week-long visit; Monday Shepherds Pie with Peas Apple Crumble with Custard Tuesday Tuna Pasta Bake with Baked Potato Bread and Butter Pudding Wednesday Sausage Casserole with Roast Potatoes Fruit Jelly with ice cream Thursday Lasagne with Garlic Bread and Salad Chocolate Brownie Pudding with Custard We're not very keen on junk food!
